CEO of Wiki Start Up

Mondher is a Tunisian Business Angel and Impact Entrepreneur . He co-founded of WIKI START-UP, the first private Business Incubator dedicated to innovation in Tunisia. Before that, he launched several companies mostly in the industrial sector; He’s also a prominent Consultant and Associate Partner in a leading Consulting Firm. He has been actively contributing to the reinforcement of the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Tunisia.

Mondher’s contribution to the reinforcement of civil society is also remarkable. He chaired the ATUGE Network (Association des Tunisiens des Grandes Ecoles) from 2003 to 2005, and during that period, he launched the Club” Atuge Entrepreneurs” in 2003, and later joined the CJD (Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants) as the Executive Bureau’s counselor. He also acted for a short but intense period (including that of the the Jasmine Revolution), as Executive Director at the Tunisian American Chamber of Commerce (TACC)

Thanks to his international background and significant track record as a Senior Project Manager and as a Foreign Trade Counselor for the Tunisian government, he has developed a good understanding of international economics and trades policies.

Mondher obtained his Engineering degree from Arts & Métiers Paris in 1990. He holds an Executive MBA from the Mediterranean School of Business (MSB), as well as a Marketing certificate from the British Chamber of Commerce in Paris. He benefited in 2004 from a special training program on Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management training at RPI New York – US


Mehdi Khemiri was the founder, the top shareholder and CEO of TOPNET, the leading Internet Service Provider in Tunisia. TOPNET was founded in 2001 and, despite the competition among the 5 existing internet providers, experienced tremendous growth resulting in 50% of market share and exceeding 200,000 ADSL subscribers. In June 2010, Mehdi successfully sold 100% of TOPNET to TUNISIE TELECOM, the Tunisian incumbent operator.

After his success, Mehdi founded INNOVEST, a new venture capital company specializing in new information technology. He aims to actively finance and support the success of future Tunisian start-ups by using his management experience and IT proficiency. A special focus will be given to working alongside innovative Tunisian entrepreneurs by complementing their expertise with business skills – including marketing, finance, strategy and international development.

President of CBA

is an engineer from Ecole des Mines de Paris, holds both a Master of Science in Technology and Policy and an MBA from Massasuchets Institute of Technology.
In 1989, he joined the Poulina group where he headed the business development team of Poulina and piloted the development of information, organisation, human resources, strategy and management systems for more than 14 years.
Maher is currently a member of the board and the international vice president for Poulina Group Holding, he is also an international consultant specializing in strategy, family business development and succession, a professional executive coach for large groups as well as a business angel for several IT start-up in Tunisia.
He is the president of cathage Business Angels association since 2010 and President of the Forum for a New Republic ‘NOU-R’ since 2011

Program Development Director

Oualid Triki has over five years of combined entrepreneurship and finance experience. He holds a Specialized Master in international financial analysis from SKEMA business school. Before joining Wiki Start Up as a program development director, he worked as an Investment management assistant in BPI France. He previously worked in financial consultancy in United Gulf Financial Services. Oualid obtained his bachelor degree from IHEC Carthage in 2008 as well as a Master degree from the same business school.

Chairman of MAMI

After graduating from Purdue University with a double major in Industrial engineering and Mathematics, Operation Research, Nazeh Ben Ammar pursued a master degree from Stanford University in Industrial Engineering and Management. Nazeh made his thesis on start-ups and entrepreneurship. Nazeh started his career as a service engineer in the oil industry to develop it rapidly afterwards into a family business company, where he holds the chairman position of MAMI one of the leading trade house and turnkey factory supplier for the textile industry.

Nazeh Ben Ammar is also the president and chairman of many companies in the electronics/air conditioning sector, and real estate business. He is is the past president of the Tunisian American Chamber of Commerce and the past Vice President of the AmCham MENA Council. He was also president of the Rotaract Club of Carthage, Tunisia. He is also the founding member of CONECT, the Tunisian employer association and Carthage Business Angels.
